纳米微粒尺度标准3000系列,20nm900nm

Duke科学公司的纳米微粒尺度标准是均一的聚苯乙烯微粒,由NIST可溯源的纳米级计量法标定。1纳米是1米的十亿分之一长度,0.001微米(µm) ,或10个埃单位。

纳米微粒尺度标准产品是由15ml滴瓶型小瓶包装的水性悬浮液。微粒浓度是通过综合优化了易分散性和胶体稳定性而确定的。该系列微球的密度是1.05g/cm3,折光系数为1.59@589nm。

Duke的标定纳米微粒直径的测定方法包括光子相关光谱法(PCS)和透射扫描电镜(TEM)。有时PCS指准弹性光散射或动态光散射。

纳米微粒尺度标准是标定电子和原子力学显微镜的理想产品。也广泛用于激光光散射研究和胶体体系研究。20至900nm范围的粒径也便于检测生物实验室的细菌、病毒、亚细胞成分等。
