硼硅酸盐玻璃微球,220um

    硼硅酸盐玻璃小微球与其它玻璃微球相比,球面缺陷和夹杂物少得多。它们有较好的机械稳定性和热稳定性。该系列产品由NIST通过光学显微镜可溯源检测系统标定。包装成1克装干性微球。微球密度为2.50-2.55g/cm3, 折光指数为1.56@589nm(23℃)。

碳酸盐玻璃微球,302000um

该系列用于NIST可溯源标定或仪器控制,多用于要求比聚合物微球密度高且与瞬时辐射反差较强的应用。该微球由碳酸石灰石组成,含有微量的金属元素,这就容易被非弥散X光射线法检测到,而且在用光学、超生波或电子束探测方法时提高它们的背景和折射率。

微球在制造过程中已经除去了大多数非球形或破碎的粒子,保证高百分率的圆球体。包装成1克装干性微球。微球密度为2.4-2.5g/cm3, 折光指数为1.51@589nm,软化温度为720℃,绝缘系数为7.3@1KHz,20℃。
